Privacy policy
This site is designed to collect as little about you as possible.
What we collect
If you choose to submit a form on this site (a contact request, a home-valuation request, or a guide download), we receive only what you type: typically your name, phone number, email address, and your message. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not collect payment information.
How it’s used
Form submissions go to Carrie and are used to deliver what you requested, respond to your inquiry, and help with your real-estate needs. Carrie may reply by email, phone, or text using the contact information you provide. Your information is never sold or rented.
Some forms on this site — the home-equity report in particular — ask you to tick a box consenting to be contacted by call, text and email, including by automated means, about selling your home. That consent is entirely optional and is never a condition of anything. If you give it, you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing or calling Carrie using the details at the bottom of this page. If you do not tick that box, you will not receive automated contact. Submitting any other form on this site does not enrol you in automated marketing.
Service providers may process the information only as needed to operate the site and deliver your request, such as Cloudflare for hosting and security and the email or real-estate lead-management service that handles your submission. Those providers operate under their own privacy terms.
How long it is kept
Inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask Carrie to delete information that is no longer required.
Calculators and tools
The financial figures you enter never leave your device. The mortgage calculator, the buyer-readiness tool and the seller net-proceeds tool do their math in your browser. Your income, debts, savings, mortgage balance, payoff amount and estimated net proceeds are not transmitted to us and are not stored by us.
Two of those tools have an optional form at the end. If — and only if — you fill it in and tick the consent box, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you supply one, and a short summary of your result: a readiness band, a price or budget band, your rough timeline, and any area you indicated. That summary is sent to Carrie’s customer-relationship system (Follow Up Boss) so she can follow up. The underlying figures are still not included — she receives the summary, not your income or your mortgage balance.
If you do not submit that form, nothing from the tool is transmitted at all.
Cookies and analytics
Basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) may be processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to serve and secure the site, and Cloudflare’s privacy-focused analytics measure page traffic without tracking you across sites.
When we run advertising campaigns, this site uses Google’s advertising measurement (Google Ads conversion tracking), which may set cookies to measure whether a visit or inquiry followed one of our ads. This measures our own advertising only — it is not used to build profiles of you, and your form details are never shared with advertising platforms. You can opt out of Google’s ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies entirely.
Third-party links
Pages on this site link to third-party services (for example Google reviews, builder websites, and listing portals). Their privacy practices are their own — review their policies when you visit them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
